This Privacy Policy explains how Nate Taylor Films, operating as MADE CREATIV ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Phoenix, Arizona, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit natetaylor.co (the "Site"), contact us, book a mentorship session, or buy something from our store.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Inquiries and contact forms. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your phone number, email address, and ZIP code, plus any project details you choose to share in your message.
  • Mentorship bookings. When you book a mentorship or coaching session, we collect your name, email, phone number, the time you choose, and any information you provide about your goals or content.
  • Store purchases. When you buy a product (such as LUTs or other digital downloads), we collect your name, email, billing details, and order history. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Client projects. If you hire us, we collect information needed to deliver the work, such as contracts, invoices, schedules, shoot locations, and files you send us.
  • Communications. Emails, messages, and direct messages you send us, including on social media.

Information collected automatically:

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, approximate location (city or region), and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and send quotes, proposals, and contracts (your ZIP code helps us understand where you're located for scheduling and travel)
  • Schedule and run shoots, edits, and mentorship sessions (including over Zoom)
  • Process orders, deliver digital products, and handle payments and refunds
  • Send invoices, receipts, and project or booking updates
  • Send occasional updates or offers, only where you have agreed or where the law allows; you can opt out anytime
  • Understand how the Site is used so we can improve it
  • Protect against fraud, enforce our terms, and meet legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies and Analytics

The Site is hosted on Squarespace, which uses cookies to keep the Site working (for example, remembering your shopping cart) and to give us visitor statistics such as page views and traffic sources. Embedded content, such as videos, may also set their own cookies.

  • Stripe / PayPal (via Squarespace): payment processing
  • HoneyBook: contact form, client management, proposals, contracts, and invoices
  • LeadConnector: mentorship booking and scheduling
  • Zoom: video calls for mentorship sessions
  • Email and file-delivery services: communication and delivering project files

We may also share information:

  • With crew and collaborators working on your project, only as needed to complete it
  • For legal reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
  • In a business transfer, such as a sale or merger of Nate Taylor Films
  • With your consent, for any other purpose you approve

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Inquiry and booking details are kept while we're in contact and for a reasonable time after. Client, order, and invoice records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

We use reasonable safeguards, and we rely on established providers with their own security measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

  • Opt out of marketing emails anytime by clicking "unsubscribe" or emailing us
  • Ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you
